So stroll into the company's headquarters -- beneath the solar panels and past the waterless urinals -- and you'll find an IT department focused on recycling, consolidating servers, measuring energy efficiency and looking to its staff for innovative conservation ideas.
While aiming to be carbon-neutral by 2020, Sole Technology continues to produce popular skateboard shoe brands like etnies and Emerica.
