CIOs on the Go: The Latest Executive Changes

  • A series of executive changes at Pomona, Calif.-based PFF Bancorp Inc., with $283 million in annual revenue, includes a promotion for CIO Robert L. Golish. He assumes the additional titles of EVP, chief administrative officer and general counsel.
  • James Froisland is now a one-man executive suite: $286-million Material Sciences Corp. in Elk Grove Village, Ill., named Froisland senior vice president, CFO, CIO and corporate secretary.
  • In St. Louis, Scott Berlinger has accepted the CIO post at $624-million HBE Corp.
  • Greater Bay Bancorp of Palo Alto, Calif., with $603 million in revenue, recently named Allen J. Gula as its new CIO and EVP.
  • Miami-based Preferred Care Partners Inc., with about $100 million in revenue, has named Doug Cormany CIO.
  • Don Ragas is the new CIO at $100-million Surveillance Data Inc., in Plymouth Meeting, Pa.
  • Atlanta-based PrimeRevenue Inc., with roughly $100 million in revenue, has named William H. MacPhail CIO.
  • Finally, Daniel F. DeLand is the new CIO of Monroe, Mich.-based La-Z-Boy Inc., with $2 billion in revenue.
