  • In Toronto, $248 million TSX Group Inc., which owns Canada's major stock exchanges, named Brenda Hoffman CIO.

  • San Diego-based Arrowhead General Insurance Agency Inc. promoted Stephen Boyd to CIO.

  • Scott A. Piper takes over as CIO at $47 million New Frontier Media Inc. in Boulder, Colo.

  • BioScrip Inc. of Elmsford, N.Y., which has $1.1 billion in revenue, appointed Douglas Lee CIO.

  • Sedgwick Claims Management Services Inc., which has $398 million in revenue, appointed Patrick L. Funck CIO.

  • Ajai Nair takes over IT as the new CIO at Cleveland-based U-Store-It Trust, which has $148 million.

  • Greg Goluska is the new CIO at $307 million DSC Logistics Inc. in Des Plaines, Ill.

  • At $1.1 billion CMGI Inc., in Waltham, Mass., Matthew J. Dattilo became CIO.

  • And in Kent, Wash., Scott Rollins is the new CIO at $203 million Flow International Corp.
