The Super Trackstick, from Telespial Systems Inc., doesn't have the catchiest name and it's not much to look at, but this toy is definitely worth checking out. If you like weekend road trips, cruises on your Harley, or long mountain bike rides, this GPS device will record all the details of your journey, including speed, weather and how long you spent indoors during pit stops. Plug it into your computer at home and it will map the trip on Google Earth, giving you a complete 3-D view of where you went. We've also thought of another use: hiding one in your teenager's car on the weekends (is that ethical? Hmm.).
The Super Trackstick features a USB 2.0 connector, a weatherproof case, a magnet mount and belt clip, and a 4 MB flash memory drive. It retails for about $275. One place you can find it: www.helmetheadcyclegear.com, a site for motorcycle enthusiasts.
