WHY YOU WENT INTO IT: I was CEO of a health clinic and was always trying to get staffers away from mundane work. I was always looking to IT for ways to automate. BEST ADVICE EVER RECEIVED: Pay attention to your people; they have the answers. BEST TECHNOLOGY DECISION: Moving into programming languages that schools are teaching now (.NET, for example). BIGGEST IT CHALLENGE: Finding the speed we need for a large-scale WAN and LAN system. We are on the brink of both video and VoIP.
