Hiring on the Ground Floor

When it comes to job rotation strategies -- programs that have been shown to improve the performance of IT -- CIOs aren't doing enough, says Forrester Research. For the 68% of IT departments that are hiring at the entry level, Forrester asked whether they have job rotation programs.
