Linux: Usage on the Low End Among Small Businesses

Only a minority of smaller businesses are tapping into Linux, but those that do are satisfied, according to Stamford, Conn.-based Gartner Inc. The firm reports that the open source operating system is most often used for virtual private networks, firewalls and Web servers.
